The math classroom today looks different from what many of us remember. One of the most important goals is that students learn how to think. Research reveals that in addition to math content, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity are skills we should develop in students. This translates to the Paine Intermediate math classroom through real-world problems, exchange of ideas, numerical flexibility, development of conceptual knowledge and procedural fluency.

Parent Math Academy - Tuesday, March 24, 2015
Our next Parent Math Academy will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2015. Session one will be from 9:00-10:00 am and session two from 5:00-6:00 pm. We hope to see you there!
